- Each class you enter requires its own tire set matched to that class — tires are marked after qualifying and must match what you qualified on.
- If your two classes use different tire brands (e.g. LeCont + MG), you'll buy two distinct sets — not one set with quantity two.
- If your two classes share the same tire brand, you still need two physically separate sets (one per class — they get marked separately after each class's qualifying).
- Tires must be pre-ordered through registration. A $50 late fee applies if ordered at the track.
- LO206 Heavy, Honda 200cc, and Female class run LeCont tires. All other kart classes run MG tires. Supermoto classes don't require a series tire.
- Tires are uplifted (picked up) on the morning of qualifying.

You can choose any primary class (and any number of additional classes) your age & gender qualify for — tire requirements never restrict which classes you can enter. Classes outside your age bracket (or the female-only class, if gender does not match) are hidden automatically.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
Jumbo Jet Events ("Promoter"), its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, volunteers, officials, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns, and the venue operators, sponsors, sanctioning bodies, track marshals, and all other participants (collectively "Released Parties").
WARNING: Kart racing, supermoto, and all related motorsport activities are INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. Serious injury and death can and do occur. By participating, you voluntarily accept all risks.
1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I, the undersigned racer (and, if a minor, the parent or guardian signing on my behalf), acknowledge that participation in the Need for Speed Karting Championship and all related on-track activities carries a significant risk of injury, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown.
2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Jumbo Jet Events and the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation, including but not limited to: personal injury, death, property damage, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
3. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jumbo Jet Events and the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to my participation in the event.
4. EQUIPMENT & CONDUCT. I certify that (a) my kart and safety equipment are in safe mechanical condition and meet the applicable technical regulations; (b) I will wear an approved helmet, race suit, gloves, and neck restraint at all times on track; (c) I will comply with all instructions from race officials, flag marshals, and event staff; and (d) I will not participate while impaired in any way.
5. RULES COMPLIANCE. I agree to abide by the CKNA 2026 rulebook (rev 26.0), the Briggs 2026 LO206 rules (for applicable classes), and all supplemental technical and sporting regulations of the Need for Speed Karting Championship. I consent to post-session technical inspection at the discretion of officials.
6. REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY. I acknowledge that NO REFUNDS will be issued for any reason. Entries may be transferred to a future event or converted to championship credit valid for up to two (2) years from the original registration date, provided I have not participated in any qualifying or race session. The registration fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount owed.
7. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION. I authorize Jumbo Jet Events to collect payment for the amounts set out in my registration, including entry fees, tire sets, fuel vouchers, and any other items selected. I understand that payment must be completed prior to the close of pre-registration for my entry to be confirmed.
8. FUEL & TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE. I understand that fuel will be tested at technical inspection. I accept that any fuel found to be non-compliant, contaminated, or adulterated will result in immediate disqualification. I agree to use only fuel supplied by the official fuel provider and dispensed via an official fuel voucher.
9. MEDIA RELEASE. I grant Jumbo Jet Events the right to photograph, film, and use my likeness, name, and racing number in promotional materials, social media, and broadcasts related to the event without compensation.
10. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana. I have read this entire document, understand its contents, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
